Resecurity, a prominent U.S.-based provider of cybersecurity and risk management solutions, renowned for safeguarding Fortune 500 companies and government entities worldwide, has announced a pivotal collaboration with Rashtriya Raksha University’s (RRU) School of Behavioural Sciences and Forensic Investigations (SBSFI). The partnership was formalized with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), in a ceremony attended by Dr. Manesh A. Tripathi, Director of SBSFI, and representatives from Resecurity. This alliance is set to enhance academic excellence and support educational initiatives in cybersecurity, digital crime, and forensic investigation in India.
Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), a central university designated as an Institution of National Importance by India’s Parliament (Act No. 31 of 2020), is situated in Dehgam, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The university is dedicated to advancing national security and law enforcement training through innovative academic, research, and training programs. RRU has a notable history of contributing to national security, including collaborations with the Ahmedabad City Police and UNICEF for child protection, and providing scientific consultancy for high-profile investigations for agencies such as the CBI, CID, Maharashtra Police, and Gujarat Police.

This MoU represents a critical move towards bolstering India’s cybersecurity and forensic investigation capacities. These programs will serve students, law enforcement, and professionals, equipping them with the skills needed to address cyber threats and perform forensic analyses.
